Online Dating, Meeting Women and First Dates: How to Win Women Over

Online dating is a bit of a different world than real world interaction. However, when meeting and greeting women some of the same principles apply.

Online Communication

As you attempt to meet potential matches at any dating site remember some simple etiquette and protocol. For instance, if you are e-mailing her through the dating system for the first time make sure you be polite and not too forward.

The best way to talk to her is introduce yourself as a member of the dating site and maybe mention one interest she has that you also have. Speak to her as a friend and let the relationship-no matter how brief or how long-unfold naturally.

For Men: The Meet or First Date

The one main principle a man has to remember is that women think and act differently than men. Therefore, do not expect her to be impressed while you show off your pectoral muscles-or at least not on the first date!!

If you really want to impress a woman and get her to let her guard down just listen to her. However, try to be genuine or at least pretend you care about her! Otherwise, men you will get nowhere with her-not on the first, second, third, or 50th date.

Oh, and of course here are some simple tips, some of which have been used by men who have been kissed within only 30 minutes of using (some) of them:

• Remember to have a sense of humor. Know how to be “cocky and funny” without turning her off.

• Ditch those usual cheesy pickup lines you used to use. That is the only way to meet and fall in love with a great woman.

• Identify your insecurities as a man (and yes you have them) and deal with them. Once you have overcome your insecurities such as shyness or lack of words you can win the right woman.

• Appear friendly when talking to a woman. Be yourself, but also smile as often as possible, but of course the smiles cannot be forced or she will notice!

• Learn how to strike up a conversation with a woman that you have never met without appearing to be trying to hard. Even a simple “Hi” is better than some horrible line.

If you read dating material such as “double your dating” you are likely to become more successful at online dating. This is likely to then translate into a “real” dating experience.
